Vegetable Soup

      Ingredients:

  • Nattier! tomato ketchup
  • 250 gms tomatoes
  • 100 gms carrot
  • 50 gms bottle gourd
  • 1 small onion
  • 50 gms beetroot
  • Himalayan pink salt
  • Black peppercorn
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Fresh cashew paste

    Directions:
  1. Peel and roughly chop all vegetables. Steam
    them till they soften.
  2. Take a stick blender and blend the vegetables
    into a thick slurry and strain with a sieve.
  3. Transfer the contents to a saucepan and add
    nattier! tomato ketchup.

  4. Let it come to a boil until there’s no raw flavour
    left. Add salt to taste.
  5. Garnish with some crushed black peppercorn,
    fresh basil leaves & cashew paste.
  6. Voila! your healthy, tasty and fresh vegetable
    soup is ready!
