
Vegetable Soup

Ingredients:
- Nattier! tomato ketchup
- 250 gms tomatoes
- 100 gms carrot
- 50 gms bottle gourd
- 1 small onion
- 50 gms beetroot
- Himalayan pink salt
- Black peppercorn
- Fresh basil leaves

Fresh cashew paste
Directions:
- Peel and roughly chop all vegetables. Steam
them till they soften. - Take a stick blender and blend the vegetables
into a thick slurry and strain with a sieve. -
Transfer the contents to a saucepan and add
nattier! tomato ketchup. (how much?) - Let it come to a boil until there’s no raw flavour
left. Add salt to taste. - Garnish with some crushed black peppercorn,
fresh basil leaves & cashew paste. -
Voila! your healthy, tasty and fresh vegetable
soup is ready!
