Packaging could be better

I ordered four bottles of the ketchup, my second order. Three bottles of the normal variety and one of the sweet and chilli version.

The shipment came promptly, but one of the ketchup bottles had a broken bottom and the ketchup was oozing out.

The bottles should be put in individual cartons instead of being just wrapped up in cardboard.
